Hi – I came upon your blog from the MooMilk web site. Your pictures are absolutely beautiful and I love your site. We buy organic and locally raised food and are big supporters of this so we’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for MooMilk. Good luck and I hope MooMilk is a huge success.

What a beautiful site. Love the pictures. Very inspiring to see a developing organic network and company in Maine. I recently attended a sustainability in dairy conference here in Madison, WI and so I am tooling around reading about dairy tonight. I am usually into the energy side of sustainability, but the conference was really interesting…I wrote about it at my blog if you are interested. A stitch in time saves nine! My wife and I enjoyed reading about replacing the chain and weren’t at all surprised by the cows’ reaction to the “change” in their world — sheep are just as good at picking up anything new.

I myself had never heard of (or noticed) a “gutter chain” and wasn’t 100% clear on how they work. Meanwhile, Pam was incredulous that I could be THAT ignorant …of course, that happens a lot! LOL
